New Firmware MCU 3.79

Don, I guess there was no Beta of 3.79.  Many of us have gotten use to
downloading the Beta releases and so this threw us off.  It wasn't
intuitively obvious how to do a released version.  73, Steve

Wayne posted a request for beta testers on March 6.  I was one of the
voluteers and didn't find any problems.
