New K3 Utility Version now available on Elecraft web site

We’ve just made available version 1.1.2.28 (the 2/28 version) of the K3
Utility at  http://www.elecraft.com/K3/k3_software.htm

I apologize for the early notification that 1.1.3.6 was being published. 

We had a minor procedural mix up between the “most recently written” and the
“most recently vetted by the Field Test team” versions of the K3 Utility.
