New K3 and KX3 Utilities

New versions of the K3 and KX3 Utilities for Windows, Mac, and Linux are now available on the Elecraft website. There have been a few reports of problems with the Linux versions that should be resolved by updating to the new releases. Everyone should update before installing new firmware.
