New K3 f/w: MCU 1.48, DSP 1.45 and new Downloader version available

Except for those CW ops who leave their K3 on a spot frequency and use
the NR to reduce the background hiss level a bit... Again a feature has
been removed on an "upgrade" (NR no longer works for bandwidths below
500 Hz). I've gone back to MCU ver 1.45 and DSP 1.43.

This is not in general a good idea, because each release contains bug
fixes as well as new features. The 500 Hz restriction is temporary.
