Two immediate things spring to mind. Incorrect microphone configuration. Incorrect TX filter set up. Check you are using the correct microphone socket (front or back) and that the bias is as it should be for your microphone.
SSB TX filter should be set to the 2.7kHz or 2.8 kHz filter.
