New KAT-500 auto tuner

Elecraft is taking orders at Dayton for its KAT-500 auto antenna tuner
- my order was #2.  $649.95 for a kit, $699.95 assembled.
Estimated shipping date is August 15th.  A snazzy looking tuner that
fits perfectly atop the K3 or KPA-500.
