We will be showing our new XV423 Transverter this weekend at Pacificon.
It will be in a four transverter stack with our XV50/144/222 XVs. the poor Europeans :-) Simon Brown, HB9DRV --- www.hb9drv.ch, www.laax.ch ----- Original Message ----- From: "John D'Ausilio" <[hidden email]> yes! is it for sale yet?? de w1rt/r _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [hidden email] You must be a subscriber to post to the list. Please consider coverage from 432 to 436 (or 438) so that the transverter
can be used with satellites. I second that thought ! Think of a K2 with 2M and 440 tvtr's working split
on the birds . Neat ! 73, Jamie WB4YDL -----Original Message----- From: [hidden email] [mailto:[hidden email]] On Behalf Of Simon Brown Sent: Sunday, October 16, 2005 3:37 AM To: Elecraft List Subject: Re: [Elecraft] New XV432 Transverter to be intorduced at Pacificonthisweekend Please consider coverage from 432 to 436 (or 438) so that the transverter can be used with satellites. Exactly - the best solution - so let's wait and hope. I'll be buying an
Elecraft KX1 kit when I get back home (am GD4ELI for the next 5 days). For satellites I do not have a good 2m / 70cms solution, I want transverters to use with my IC-7800 (for RX) and IC-703 (for TX). Hi Simon,
You can center the passband on any 7-8 MHz region (or a little wider with slightly lower gain.) So it should be just fine for Sat use :-) I'll be posting info on it on the web in the next 3 weeks. At that time it will be added to our order page. Deliveries are in 6-8 weeks from today. (We're waiting for some custom sheet metal and crystals to arrive.) 73, Eric WA6HHQ P.S. I enjoyed your email questions at Pacificon via your friend with his phone/PDA. A new way to get information quickly!
