K2 s/n 4846 powered up last night and aligned with few
problems. Actually the radio was fine, the green
tuning tool on the small end had to be trimmed back to
a thicker part of the tool and then cut down in width
to provide a stronger point. As received I couldn't
turn the coil cores with the small slots with the tool
provided. Will be looking for brother K2's on 80 & 40
meters.
