No Information On Display - Blank Display--PROBLEM FIXED

Got off the phone with Elecraft and I am going to try several things. I did get the radio working again once I unplugged the cable going to the KAT500.

Update: Changed cables between K3 & KAT500 and still appeared to not work.  Also, during all this I noticed that my KPA500 was not turning on.  After switching cables and then turning the back switch on the amplifier from on to off and back on again,  the KPA500 fired up and now everything is working.

I have a problem.  When I turn my K3 on I get a bright orange completely blank screen.  No nothing.  Then when I go to power it off it will not respond and I have to use the power supply to cut it off.

Any ideas?
