question, but when I got it Lisa took care of my request right away.

I've had to send two reminders about my back-ordered filters. Both were replied to by Lisa the next day (one reply sent on a Sunday.) However, though they were promised to be sent yesterday or the day before I have had no further communication to let me know they were actually sent. I don't know whether to wait a few days and see if they turn up, or add to the email overload.

I'm not blaming Lisa for this situation, because it's not her fault she is apparently having to work 7 days a week, but it's another example of how standards of customer communication have slipped...

It's probably not necessary to mention this, but spam filters can
sometimes be too eager. I've found airline tickets in my spam folder.

Guys - We have been having a problem with Lisa's email account software
for the past 2 days. ([hidden email] and [hidden email] ) Lisa is
also out today through Sunday for a much needed short vacation.

We're working on her email system today and should have it back up
shortly. (Our server should be buffering up all the emails she has been
receiving.) If you have an -urgent- need that needs immediate attention
today, please email [hidden email] or [hidden email] . Both of
them assist Lisa in sales. But please be as patient as possible as they
are both very busy today covering the extra load for Lisa.

A follow-up on my original posting:

Yesterday I sent an email to madelyn@, she replyed promptly to inform me that my K2 kit was shipped three days after I placed the order. It's now collecting dust at the Dutch customs depot.
