Notice of shipment

Has anyone in this weeks shipment received notice from the powers to be that their prized package will be sent out this week? I haven't seen any new posts regarding this. I am still anxiously awaiting to hear reference my order.

I didn't even spot that mistake! I was (and am) typing this on an Asus Eee PC which has something like a two thirds size keyboard. The key tops are just about the same size as my fat fingers, and I'm not a good typist to start with.

Still, fldigi runs on it, so I only have to get a USB to serial port adapter going fo PTT control and it will make a very nice solution for portable digimodes, much better than a Pocket PC. I'd guess they sell for not much more than $200 a time over your side of the pond. So there probably isn't much justification for a dedicated K3 keyboard.

I don't think 1990 is right either!  I built one of the first 100, and it
sure wasn't in 1990!

Boy I wish people would change the subject.  When I see "NOTICE OF SHIPMENT"
I get all excited until I realize that it isn't MY shipment that's being
referred to!
