Recently there has been discussion about the phenom we know as Christine. Well, the rest of the team is just as exceptional. I placed an order Wednesday night for a KPA100 and a KIO2. On Thursday I received an email from Pam Anderson asking me if I wanted to cancel the KIO2 because the KPA100 has the RS232 interface. I responded I wanted the KIO2 because I planned on remoting the KPA100. And I asked for a core so I could wind the replacement for KIO L1.
To cut to the chase, I went into the office today for a few hours and when I came home there was a Priority Mail box sitting by the door. That is world class service. Now to challenge Ms. Christine and do the inventory.... She did short me a crimp pin on the KAT2, but that was one of the extras.
Elecraft designs amazing radios, and has created an exceptional customer focused organization. Now to melt lead.
