General Specifications from the manual spec. page:
Frequency range .02Hz to 2 MHz in 7 ranges.
Tuning Range Each range provides 1000:1 frequency control
Outputs Sine, triangle, square wave, TTL square wave, pulse,
ramp, skewed sine wave, tone burst, DC.
Accuracy +/- 5% of full scale to 1.5 MHz, +/- 8% from
1.5 MHz to 2MHz (includes dial scale accuracy and range-to-range accuracy).
Stability .05% after 15 minutes.
External Frequency VCG tunable by 0 to +10.0 VDC. Frequency increases
with positive voltage.

Voltage Output GCV OUT jack on rear panel provides 0 to 2.0 volts
output proportional to dial setting or sweep frequency.
Variable Symmetry Variable over 1:1 to 40:1 range, independent of
frequency. Controls all waveforms including TTL.
AM Modulation 1.5 V P-P external signal provides 100% modulation -
percentage continuously variable, capable of suppressed carrier operation.
DC Offset Continuously variable; maximum of +/- 10V
open circuit, +/- 5V into 50 ohms.
Polarity Inverted or non-inverted.
