OT: QSL 3 Ring Binder

After much time searching the web, I've been unable to locate a 3 ring
binder to hold full size certificate sleeves, which are too wide for the
standard 8.5 x 11 binder.

 

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Feel free to e-mail direct,
off list . I've no desire to create clutter on this list . just looking for
an answer.

      I've become extremely fond of the Rollabind / Circa (Levenger) / Arc
(Staples) systems.  The only real investment is the punch; the discs
themselves are cheap, and you can either buy nice binders or make your
own.  Traditional three-ring binder components can be used just by
re-punching them for use with the discs.  The Levenger lever punch is a
bit spendy, but it'll punch through cardboard, so you can make binders for
any size/shape you like.
