Another piece of trivia. Robertson (named for the innovator) screws are a Canadian invention, like the Blackberry, Zamboni and other time saving devices. Hence, they are more popular north of the border.

Very interesting page.
I'd been aware of Reid and Prince for over 50 years, but hadn't heard
anyone mention them in quite a long time.
One curious thing is that they use the term "Square Recess" instead
of "Robertson."
I'd always heard them called Robertson.
I believe it was McFeely's in Lynchburg, Virginia that was
instrumental in reviving interest in the Robertson bit.
