OT trying to identify "mystery" coax cable

The description is a dead ringer for Time Microwave LMR-400 (1.5
dB/hundred foot loss at 144-MHz), if the insulation is white solid
foam.  If the insulation is air with a polyethylene spiral bead
insulator is likely Belden 9913 (also the same loss).
