Comes with the radial plate, V-Saddle clamp (1/2in to 1 3/4in),
and 58 sets of bolts, nuts, washers, external tooth lockwashers and spring lock washers.

I have one of these and like it a lot. While it's certainly possible
to build an excellent radial system without one, it makes the job a
lot easier, and it's a LOT easier to add radials as you go along.
