P3 #99 arrived here this morning as well, and lives tonight. I had a self-induced problem of configuring the power on jumper wrong the first time, but after that it fired right up. I also downloaded the P3 Utility and upgraded the firmware easily. Thanks to all at Elecraft for the fine job on an excellent product. Can't wait for the VGA upgrade, etc. to come!!! I played around with the K3/P3 on 40m all evening and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
