[P3] SVGA Instant Peak Trace

I have noticed an instantaneous random blue peak trace across my external
monitor when my P3 is first turned on.  It just as quickly goes away and all
is normal.  The trace vertical height and horizontal location varies each
time the P3 is turned on.   This trace does not appear on the P3 display.
Also it doesn't appear every time the P3 is turned on.  I am curious to know
if anyone else has noticed this.  Roy  W4WFB

This is normal operation as the SVGA board comes up and starts FFT processing.
