P3 center freq using xv144

When I first go to 2 meter band the P3 center freq is on freq of VFO 1.
After tuning the center freq is around 130 mhz.  Can anyone advise what is
up?  I may have missed this issue on the reflector.  IF I knew where to look
in history I would.
