P3 firmware 1.50 displays -dBm scale ending with 9

[RUSSELL J. GUIDRY SR]

Loaded 1.50 per notes given here and see the DBM reading on p3 ending in "9"
but on VGA display ending in "0".

Beta loaded without error.
