P3 problems

I recently attempted to down load the latest firmware for my P3, and now
have a problem, the P3 says "Boot loader checksum failure, ready to
download. However the computer cannot find the P3. So now I do not have,
what I come to rely upon my ability to see what is going on around the
frequency I am on.

 

I have tried what the manual says but I cannot get the  computer or K3 to
talk to P3, what do I do now ????

Hi Alan,

Of course it could be as simple as the P3 and the computer not being set to the same baud rate. If not that I would next try removing the serial connection to the K3 and just have the computer go directly to the P3.
