When I change bands on the K3, the marker A cursor doesn't always follow. Going from 17M to 20M the A cursor freq readout jumps to 10M. Going back to 17M then to 20M, it's in the 20M band.
What's the explanation? 73, Mike NF4L ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to [hidden email] |

I tried to replicate your problem but didn't observe what you describe.
In each case the MKR A followed the band I selected. I rarely use the markers so I wouldn't have noticed anything in the past. You could try a Parameter initialization (P3 Manual, page 28) but you would have to re-enter all the non-default menu parameters and function key assignments. 73, Brian, K0DTJ On 4/20/2014 6:29 AM, Mike Reublin wrote: > Anyone? > > On Apr 19, 2014, at 12:39 PM, Mike Reublin <[hidden email]> wrote: > >> When I change bands on the K3, the marker A cursor doesn't always follow. Thanks Brian. A reset seems to have fixed it.
