P3 weight

Dave-Boat Guy
A quick comment for those that may think the P3 may slide around.  If it is going to use the 2-dimensional fasteners, there is an easy way to add weight and structural rigidity at the same time.

I replaced all the 2-D fasteners (where possible) with 1/2" copper bar stock on a K2.  I drilled and tapped the appropriate holes and not only did it add weight, it added some rigidity as well.  It doesn't fit everywhere due to interference, however, with a little machining (filing...it's soft) or going to a smaller size, it's and easy and inexpensive upgrade.

I'd prefer it to be light, but anchored to the K3, I'd much rather
carry less weight when portable.
