PF-1 macro help needed

Ralph Parker
Is it possible to program a PF-1 macro to turn the audio equalizer ON/OFF?
My CW is OK, but my programming isn't :-)
Maybe I need a newer manual.

Re: PF-1 macro help needed

Ralph,

Off the top of my head use the command to display the TX or RX EQ and
then use the switch command for the CLR button.  That should zero out
all the  EQ settings.  I don't think you can turn them on or
off......they're on all the time.  But zeroing out the setting would
have the same effect as turning it off.

Try MN008; SWT53; MN255;  this would be for the RX EQ.

Let me know how this works...I'm not in the shack right now.

Substitute MN008 with MN009 for the TXEQ.
