Hello Elecraft,
Can the K3 Sub Receiver display (without the 2nd receiver installed) be programmed to show the power setting as a selectable continuous display as opposed to the power setting flashing when the PWR knob is turned? I have no use for TIME display or DATE for instance. If the power setting was displayed continuously, we would not have to turn the PWR knob to see what the current power output was. Thanks for the consideration, Allen Griffith N5AG K3 #03547 ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[hidden email] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html |

I wish we had there the CW speed too. There is a place for both values.

I'd rather have the DSP filter information. High and low cutoff
or center frequency and bandwidth depending on which mode is set for the controls. YMMV - Bill, AE6JV On 5/6/13 at 9:55 PM, [hidden email] (Val) wrote: >I wish we had there the CW speed too. I would rather see a lot more options to display in VFO B...everyone would
be happy then...:-) 73 On 6 May 2013 15:06, Bill Frantz <[hidden email]> wrote: > I'd rather have the DSP filter information. Well not quite everyone. As a subreceiver owner I love the concept and would
suggest that this feature be available for all. I can see it being there when the subreceiver is not in use.. That could another option to select. Admittedly I have no clue as to how much programming effort we are asking for and also at some point there will be hardware limitations too. The program and setting storage space is not infinite. The use of the subreceiver in my case is pretty limited to split usage while chasing DX. It can be seen on the P3 so maybe even a "Marco" to turn it on or off could be used too. 73, Bob K2TK ex KN2TKR (1956) & K2TKR .
