PSK neophyte needs help please!

It’s Julie again...  seems we ARE decoding but only IF I hit the “multi” button in Digipan.
Of course I discovered that as soon as I sent the previous message.
However, nothing decodes without the “multi” screen...

Then you're probably not tuning the single decoder (when "multi" is
off) to the correct frequency.  It's been forever since I looked at
DigiPan but read the help file - it should tell you how to read the
tuning indicator.
