PX3 Green Cursor Bar Color Inverting

On some spans and some bands the VFO A Green cursor bar will invert color -
looks like black bar with green  lines. There is probably a quick fix for
that. Haven't found it yet.

The cursors look different depending on mode (CW, SSB, various digital,
etc.)  And the mode setting is stored per band.  So probably it's just
that different bands are set for different modes.
