PX3 buglet -- fix in progress

With the initial production firmware, the PX3's per-band REFerence level may occasionally be incorrect on power-up or VFO A/B swap. If this happens, set REF to the desired level on the affected band.

Hi Wayne,

As I reported in another thread,  I am experiences many many lockups on the PX3.  I haven't been able to quite narrow down what causes it to freeze, but it has done it dozens of time through the weekend.   I am using a PX3, KX3, KXPA100 combo all with current firmware.
