PX3 internal spurious

Rooby
<http://elecraft.365791.n2.nabble.com/file/t394210/P1100545.jpg> Hello

I have some internal spurious on my PX3. Is this normal?
How can I get rid of this spurious? Does someone has found the internal
cause e.g. DC/DC converter, clocking etc. and has some suggestions for
shieldings, blocking caps etc.?
I have connected the PX3 to a battery and nothing on the RX I/Q input so
these spurious are only internal.

Re: PX3 internal spurious

Hi Rooby,

This is normal for a PX3 that is not connected to anything.  The 'spurs' you
see will not show up once the unit is connected to a KX3 and the KX3 in turn
is connected to an antenna.

Kindly 73,

Paul
