Hi Hunter:
I had a similar problem with the display blank (but lighted). Mine is back at Elecraft for repair. Worked FB for two weeks after building and then it went out. They should be getting on it soon.
After sending it in ,I saw a post from a member who had the "blanked out display" and fixed it by replacing the KI03 board. D'ont know if the same fix will work for us.
