Power settings

Oleg Zakhodyakin
According to some recent discussions about ALC settings, the best way, is to set power level for each band to feed Linear. But in some cases, we need to put "standart" 100Wt into antenna, say,for a quick comparison with a neighbor or just to check conditions with a distant station. Is it possible to configure K3 with one button click to change PWR SET from "per band" "locked" to 100wt unlocked? Or it could be "a future request"?

Re: Power settings

Guy, K2AV
Lot of trouble to keep from turning a knob.  Besides, there is more
needed to do a comparison with the linear out of line: make sure the
ATU is out of BYPASS mode, then hit ATU TUNE so that the power reading
at 100w is as little reactive as possible at the PA output.  Then make
your comparison.

I see, I am misunderstanding a bit. :-)
I use my K3 with my old FL-7000 linear. So, it needs 25 to 70 watts of driving power, depending on band.
I configured K3 menu - PWR SET: Per band and locked.
It would be nice to have possibility of quick jumping to 100 wt level, when linear is off.
