Preferred settings for 80 and 160?

Hi all,

My K3 arrived a week ago and I am trying to tweak it for 80 and 160 CW. Does  anyone have any suggestions for what settings that they found worked best for them? I know it is personal preference but I would really  appreciate what different people have found for AGC THR, AGC SLP, and the other gain settings.

FYI I usually work CW on 80 and 160
