Problems with S-meter (AGC?) in K3

I added KRX3. Now:

1. S-meter on KRX3 starts at S9. Reducing RF gain to min moves the scale to +40 but no more.
2. S meter on main receiver shows 0 most of time. S-meter adjustments are not enough.

Sometime the max S-meter setting whem RF gain is set to min is S3 but this is transient; right now it goes to +60 as it should.

One thing more. When SUB is off, S-meter does not react to RF gain although it works. With SUB on, S-meter reacts to RF gain as it should.
