Try this link, Andy:

http://www.arrl.org/catalog/?category=Technical%2C+Electronics%2C+and+Commun
ications+Reference#9841

It should show you that you need set 6443 for 1960-64 and #6451 for '65
through '69. They're $39.95/set. Each set contains multiple CD's and each
issue is included in full, from the front cover to the back.

Some years ago I bought the set from 1915 through the 1950's, since I got my
ticket in the 50's. Fun reading them. I  was astonished to note that I
remembered some of the articles and cover art from the '50's very well, in
spite of not having seen them since then!  The early issues are a
fascinating history of the development of Ham radio. Since the early issues
are smaller and in black and white, more years are covered in a set.

The search engine included with the viewing software is excellent too.

No, I'm sure you don't need to be a member to buy them.
