RE: 4039 - Running, But a bit unsteady on it's feet..

Nicolas Pike
Hi,

Sorry if this is FAQ, please refer me if so!!

While operating my K2 with the bail arm forward, it "rocks" slightly from
front left to rear right. What is the best way to be rid of this wobble?

Thanks!!

Regards
Nicolas

Nicholas,

If your K2 'rocks' with the bail extended, the most likely cause is either
the bail mounting feet are not the same distance from the edge of the panel
or that the rear feet are not mounted an equal distance from the edge of the
heat sink.  It only takes a small bit of misalignment to create a 'rocking'
situation, so measure the distances carefully and accurately.

Hi,

Thanks!!! All sorted now, the combination of the cabinet screws and moving
the 2 rear rubber feet slightly did the trick. Next job is to get the ATU
built!!
