Boy!  You guys are tough!  Can you imagine how difficult it has been for a
relatively small company to produce a superb product like this and, at the
same time, manage all the thousands of little details that go along with the
unprecedented demand that has been generated?  You really think there won't
be an "oops" here and there?  Give me a break!  Better yet, give them a
