You are right Don.  However, this did not happen with my radio before.  But
if I fine tune to XXXX.33 and tune to another frequency using the 1khz
tuning rate and have a look at my fine tune frequency.... the XXXX.33 holds.
This did not happen with my K2 when it wasn't calibrated properly.
