Jorge, I have a K3/P3 and K3/0 with Remote Rig connected to the computer through the RS232 port with a B&B 9 pin Modem Data Splitter (9PMDS) that someone here recommended sometime ago for the same problem you have.
It works for me but some said it would not work.
I connect the Remote Rig box and the K3/P3 to the 9PMDS and the 9PMDS to the computer. It all talks to each other without conflicts.
Perhaps that will work for your application.
