RV: XV144 LOSS RX-TX SENSIBILITY GRADUALLY

Hello to all people,

I have a problem with the XV144. After a few minutes of being connected
gradually loses sensitivity and transmit power to be minimized. This is
repeated every time I turn on after having been give a few minutes off.
The transverter I use with a Kenwood TS-850
