There is a ferrite bead by the main DC connector which rattles. I don't have the reference designator with me right now, but it's a rather large (3/8" inch?) diameter slip on bead over a piece of tinned bus wire. Can this be RTV'd in place to eliminate the rattle? It mars the impression of an otherwise very nice piece of equipment.
Related question: are the parts placement drawings for the K3 available? I couldn't find them on the Elecraft website. I do have the schematics.
