Rcommended 4.51 AGC settings?

I prefer not to mess with the RF Gain control and I live in a noisy QTH, so weak signals aren't an issue (not that they'd hear me, anyway, lol).

Are the AGC default settings good? (and I don't care about the CW decoder)
