Is there any company interest in further extending the model line of  
Elecraft transverters into the higher UHF and SHF  regions?

Do you mean interest within Elecraft or from other companies like
Downeast Microwave and SSB Electronic USA who already often generic
transverters (not necessarily as plug and play as Elecraft's
offerings) in the UHF and SHF range?
