Hello,
Is there an owner's manual update available that shows the latest
CONFIG Menu settings? For example, recent firmware gives me a "CW QRQ"
setting in the CONFIG Menu, but I can't find a description of this in the
latest manual.

K3 Owner Manual (previously Elecraft Digest Vol 79, Issue 16)

You can check for the latest manual on the Elecraft web site, Ed.
However, it has been suggested recently that the Menu sections of the
manual be updated and issued separately as PDF files, but I don't know
whether the suggestion is being taken up.

I have good experience with simple XLS file I made for FT-897 and some
others only with menu items and descriptions/values/default values.
Maybe there will be somebody able to play with it, it is easy later to
add/modify etc. PDF output is very easy also.
Maybe somebody already made such "help-file"?

Ed,

Look in the Firmware Release Notes on the Elecraft web site. CW QRQ was added after the current Owner's Manual was printed. TX DVR was also added post manual printing.
