I recently purchased the HL2Kfx direct from Nobuki and had similar experience. Great company and service. Products are top notch also. According to Nobuki they will be back in US market next year.
Tim W4YN Message: 10 Date: Fri, 28 Oct 2005 22:27:43 -0600 Good Day, I have had an HL-50B for a while that I use on some of my QRP rigs and FT-817 when I need a bit of extra punch. It has provided faithful service until recently. Low to no power out on all bands. I returned it to Japan to Tokyo Hy-Power after sending and email. Nobuki-san sent a quick reply saying that the HL-50B has been a reliable unit and that he was surprised that I had difficulty. I just got an email from him saying that unit has been repaired and returned at no cost to me except the shipping that it cost to get it to them. This goes way above and beyond the call of service. It is a standard by which all should strive to achieve. No questions on when I bought it or what I was doing when it failed. They just fixed it on good faith. Just thought I would let others know of the good service that I got from them. I will be buying more products from them when the occasion presents itself again. I just bought a HL-100BX earlier this year. Nobuki shipped the amp
very fast. I received it from Japan in 5 days at my door. I even called him directly in Japan and talked with him a few moment; very nice guy. Exellent product. I even received the FT-817 cable to drive the amplifier. If you compared to MFJ by example, they took 5 days only to process my order made directly on their website, and I not receiving anything yet since over 2 weeks now... only a small portable antenna. Very sad. Le 05-10-29 à 06:25, Tim O'Rourke a écrit : > I recently purchased the HL2Kfx direct from Nobuki and had similar > experience. Great company and service.
