Well said Kevin!

Or putting it a little differently, those things that affect most
operators are handled almost immediately.  Those things that are good to
be done, but do not affect the majority and 'put on the list'.  In time
all good things will be accomplished.

There are only 2 individuals who will make all this happen, but they do
have to eat and sleep too, so a priority list is essential to their
sanity and well being.
