I recently sent my K3 in to have it repaired after I broke a toroid
connection accidentally while installing the 2nd RX option. The queue time
was longer than I would have liked. When I got the radio back and continued
my installation efforts I required further support. I emailed the tech who
had worked on my K3 as he had offered follow on help. His support was
absolutely outstanding. I am sure they can improve turnaround time, but the
support quality is the best I have ever experienced - probably world class -
and well worth the wait for me.
