I use it constantly to make sure I figure the utc hour correctly for "paper log entries".
It loses time. I just set it forward and put it a couple minutes ahead. I think I adjust it every few months, maybe even six months. Not a issue for me.
I had to think a minute how to change the minutes so apparently I'm not doing it often.
