Received my KXDP2 about two weeks ago.
I can report that I too have issue with contact adjustment. After reading Toms email, one of the contact posts was found to be loose. I cannot say the contact screws are becoming loose, as they were readjusted to correct the spacing issue caused by the post being loose.
Is there a fix I can perform “in the field” to correct.
