Bob,

I've afixed (bolted) a small 2 inch 12 VDC "muffin fan" to a rubber pipe
cap that "inhales" from the open end and works well.  I have several of
these in several diameters.

The same can be made with a plastic pipe cap, but the rubber caps are
kinder to finishes.  I can send a photo to you if you'd like, but I'll
-not- attempt to deal with posting to the %%=÷÷=% Yahoo site.
